Coin Strike
Coin Strike is one of those games that looks simple for about five minutes and then quietly eats your afternoon. You flick metal tokens across a tilted board, trying to knock targets into pockets while the layout gets meaner each stage. The physics feel weighty and consistent, so when you miss, it's your fault, and that keeps you tapping restart.
Controls are pure touch: pull back to aim, adjust the power arc with your thumb, release. There's a satisfying click and a bit of camera shake on a clean hit. Later levels add moving obstacles and tokens that split, which forces you to plan two shots ahead instead of just yanking at the screen.
What stuck with us is the pacing. Each level is short, so a failed run never feels like a punishment, and the difficulty climbs in a fair rhythm. We'd have liked a few more board themes, but the core loop is tight and genuinely hard to put down.
What we liked
- Crisp, predictable physics
- Short levels that respect your time
- Difficulty that climbs honestly
